Rating: Hm... I'm no good at that... nothing much, it's just, well... sad... to me.
Pairing: My two/three characters
Disclaimer: These characters are mine! My only!!! My... um... nevermind... they have no names or so, I only used Tolkien's environment.
Notes: Well, people this is my first Tolkien-related story EVER, so, as me is still a virgin in these waters, don't be too hard! Although, I'd kill to know what you think! So, if you think I suck and should never write again, please, tell me, and if by any chance, you think I'm... readable... THANK YOU!
Beta: No beta, hehe... no one knew I could write some of this sort till now! :oP
Summary: The War of the Ring is over, although Sauron managed to mess with people's lives one last time, so, one woman, whose life was destroyed due to Sauron's schemes, on her way to her death meets an elf on his way to his Final Yourney.
One last thing: I didn't know how to describe my story, what category it would be and so, so I x-posted it everywhere I thought it would at least partially belong. So, sorry, guys, if I placed it in wrong communities! It wasn't on purpose, just of dumbness! :oP( MemoriesCollapse )

The Kings of Gondor and the Mark are away south at war. In Ithilien an injured Faramir lies dying, dreaming of his long-lost brother. Elboron and Lothiriel must ride to join Eowyn at the Prince's bedside, leaving young Elfwine alone to rule Rohan in his father's stead with only Erkenbrand to aid him and Eldarion to annoy the hell out of him. And Hama's grandson is in some serious hot water...( A small snippetCollapse )

(I haven't read past the first chapter yet, but so far so good -- it's got Elboron too, how can it go wrong? :)In Darkness Buried Deep by Calanare SairavaniëAU/Angst -- Rated R, for sexual themes, violence and slashSummary:
When the queen of Gondor dies in childbirth, Eldarion is left as the only heir to the throne. What if he fails to live up to expectations? A dark AU about the responsibilities of heritage, and the impossible task of replacing the Great King. Excerpt:
And so he was born out of a grand love story, the last union between Men and Elves. The legendary tale that would be told over the ages, of a hero who became king and an Elven princess who died for love.
The heir of Gondor.
The son of stars.

Finally got round to uploading the prologue of the first part in the trilogy of my Aragorn/Éomer fanfiction, based movie-verse RotK/post-movie.
Title: Prologue to Sacrifice
Summary: Sacrifice-verse history of Middle-earth. I know this is AU with the book timelines/family trees, this is MY version.( Sacrifice - PrologueCollapse )This
part, and the next one or two, are set before and during the books, but the bulk of the fic will be after the books, which is why I am posting here. Current Mood: relaxed

Newbie, fic recs & fiction link
Hello. Newbie here. I thought I'd post a link to my story Missing, by Firerose
which people here might perhaps be interested in.
Rating: UK 15; probably a hard PG-13
Summary: The new Steward delves into the past, whilst coming to terms with the present, and the future.
In case anyone's chanced to miss my announcements elsewhere, I also maintain a multi-fandom recommendations list, Espresso Recommendations
which has a fair selection of LotR fiction, including some set after the coronation.

This is my first post to the community, though I've been lurking for awhile anonymously. I am so glad to find you -- I'm fascinated by what might have happened post-coronation and I love reading all these stories that keep Middle-earth alive!
I wanted to share with you all a story I wrote. It's set in Year 1 of the Fourth Age and explores the relationship between Aragorn and Faramir. The Healer
I really hope you like it!
Warnings: This story is rated NC-17 for slash. I did not create these characters, they belong to the Tolkien estate, I just make them do what I want them to do in my fantasies. Current Mood: anxious

Title: King Strider
Author's Email: email@example.com
Pairings: Aragorn/Faramir; also Boromir/Faramir in a very peculiar way
Summary: In the year 15, Fourth Age, King and Steward go to the Brandywine Bridge, then take a side trip to Rivendell. Angst, love, shenanigans, and treason ensue. But mostly love.
Warnings: Sibcest angst. Impulsive Elves. Homoerotic content aka slash.
This follows my other Fourth Age fic, Twenty Years Wiser. That doesn't have to be read first, however. I always supply any needed backstory.

*waves* Hello! Nice to find this community.
Umm... since it said anything after Aragorn's coronation, I thought I'd link something I put up on ff.net a few weeks ago. It's set just a few weeks post the coronation, so no wars, no kids. I hope it is not off-topic. In case, it is, do let me know, and I'll pull it out.
Characters: Faramir, and a cameo by AragornRestoration

Big ol' shameless crossposted plug...
Heirs Of Arda
No, I didn't write it, but I do webmistress it. :) The opening page explains it all...but in short, it's the adventures of Eldarion, Elfwine, and Elboron, set against the backdrop of their respective famed parents' ongoing war against the South. Two new chapters are going up tomorrow night, with luck, so now's a good time to start reading!
